What kind of portraits do you offer?
We create custom portraits from your photo in 6+ unique styles, printed on canvas or metal. You can personalize for individuals, couples, families, kids, or pets.
Are your portraits made by real artists?
Every portrait is carefully crafted and personalized by a skilled designer. We don’t use generic filters or templates — each piece is made to match your photo, your chosen style, and your vision.
What styles can I choose from?
You can choose from Realistic, Watercolor, Color Fun, Virtuose, Superhero, or Pet Portrait. Each style has its own mood and personality.
Do you offer framing?
Yes! Framing is available after checkout as a final upgrade during the personalization step.

How does the process work?
- Upload your photo
- Choose your style, size & material (canvas or metal)
- We’ll send you a preview within 1–3 business days
- Approve or request changes
- We print and ship it to your door!
Can I see a preview before it's printed?
Yes — we send a digital preview of your portrait and offer unlimited revisions until you’re happy.
How many people or pets can be in one portrait?
Up to 6 characters (people or pets). You’ll select the number during customization.
Can I combine multiple photos into one portrait?
Yes! Just leave a note at checkout and we’ll work our magic.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We deliver to most countries with tracking and offer fast, reliable shipping options.
How long does delivery take?
It usually takes 1–3 business days to receive your preview, then 5–10 business days for delivery after approval. Times may vary slightly based on your location.
Will I get tracking info?
Yes — you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your portrait is shipped.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please contact us within 24 hours to update your address.

What if I don’t like my portrait?
No worries — we offer unlimited edits before printing. If you're still unhappy, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Can I cancel or refund my order?
Because portraits are custom-made, we can’t refund once a preview has been started. You can cancel within 2 hours of placing the order.
Do you offer digital copies?
Yes! A digital file is available for purchase after your print order is complete.
