6. Previews & Revisions
- Customers receive a free digital preview of their portrait.
- Unlimited revisions are available before approval.
- Once approved, the artwork goes into production and cannot be altered or refunded.
7. Returns & Refunds

All content and artwork created by Potrem remain the intellectual property of Potrem. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service or content without written permission.
