🔁 Returns & Revisions

Can I return my portrait?

Because each portrait is custom-made just for you, we do not offer returns or refunds once production has started.

However, we care deeply about your satisfaction.

What if I don’t like the preview?

You’ll receive a free digital preview of your portrait, and we offer unlimited revisions before printing. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll fix it.

Once approved, your portrait goes into production and cannot be altered or refunded.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Email a photo of the issue to hello@potrem.net
• We’ll send a free replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
